What legal due diligence is required before purchasing an investment property?

We discuss the level of due diligence our clients require on a transaction by transaction basis. We can also investigate and advise on a full range of matters such as title issues, planning, and environmental liabilities, as well as reporting on any existing leases.

How can you support me as a Landlord of investment property?

We advise landlords in relation to the most appropriate way to document occupation of investment property, from the initial heads of terms stage through to post-completion and ongoing asset and estate management.
