Jennifer Gillespie

Jennifer Gillespie is a Legal Director in our Real Estate team. She joined us in 2015, was promoted to Associate in 2018, and became a Senior Associate in 2021 in recognition of her strong commercial insight and trusted client relationships.

Jennifer acts for both landlords and tenants on a wide range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, lease negotiations, renewals and surrenders. She works closely with clients to help them manage their property portfolios efficiently, offering practical advice tailored to their business needs.

She also has significant experience acting for landlords on the acquisition and disposal of multi-let retail investment properties, regularly supporting clients with portfolio strategy and ongoing asset management.

Before completing her legal studies at BPP Law School in Leeds, Jennifer graduated from Keele University with a degree in Law and Criminology in 2007. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2013 and has since built a reputation for her calm, detailed approach and clear commercial advice.
