Make a payment online

Access our secure online payments portal to make a payment today. We will never ask you to make a payment via a link sent from an unofficial source.

Make an online payment

To make an online payment, you'll need your unique reference number. You can find this on your latest invoice or in previous correspondence from us.

Please note that all payments must be made in GBP Sterling and can take up to four working days to clear into our account.

Internet or telephone banking

If you're making a payment by bank transfer, please note that transfers are made at the sender's own risk.

To help protect against fraud and reduce the risk of funds being sent to the wrong account, please call our Accounts Team on 0113 207 0000 to check our bank details before making a transfer.

We cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage arising from cybercrime or payments sent to an incorrect account.

Please include your reference number when making a payment so we can allocate it promptly. To make sure your payment reaches us on time, please send it at least five working days before the due date.

  • Deposits for a property purchase (or conveyancing transaction)
