Marcus Kaye is a Partner and Head of our Real Estate Finance team. He joined us in 2016 and specialises in advising on all aspects of property finance transactions.

Marcus has extensive experience acting for a wide range of lenders, including high-street banks, challenger banks, private funds, and syndicates. He also regularly advises borrowers. His ability to work on both sides of a deal means he gives clear, practical advice that takes every party’s priorities into account.
