Sam Morgan-Wynne

Sam Morgan-Wynne joined Blacks in 2023 and qualified as a Solicitor in September 2026, specialising in Real Estate. During his training contract, he gained experience across Real Estate Litigation, Corporate & Commercial and Real Estate, developing a broad understanding of the legal and commercial issues affecting businesses, property owners and investors.

Sam advises on a range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, property finance, development projects and landlord and tenant matters. He acts for a diverse range of clients, including corporates, developers, investors, trustees and high-net-worth individuals. His experience across both contentious and transactional matters enables him to approach property issues with a strong understanding of the wider legal and commercial context.

Before beginning his training contract, Sam worked as a paralegal in Blacks’ Real Estate team, where he gained significant experience in commercial property transactions and developed strong client and professional relationships. He also has previous in-house public sector experience, providing exposure to commercial contracts, healthcare, IT, data protection and litigation.

Sam studied Philosophy at the University of Sheffield before completing the Graduate Diploma in Law and a subsequent LLM. His academic background, combined with his broad legal experience, gives him an analytical and commercially minded approach to advising clients.
