Eve Pearson

Eve Pearson is a Trainee Solicitor currently working in our Corporate team, as well as assisting the Data Protection & Information team. She joined Blacks in 2022 as a Conveyancing Assistant in the Landlord Financing & Conveyancing team before moving to the Private Wealth & Succession team and beginning her training contract.

Her work to date has involved acting for both individual and commercial clients. This has included assisting with residential property transactions, drafting Wills, preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney and managing all aspects of estate administration. These matters have ranged from straightforward cases to those requiring a more sensitive and practical approach.

Eve’s training contract so far has included seats in the Employment team where she developed her expertise in workplace and HR-related legal issues, and the Corporate team where she currently advises clients on a wide range of business matters. Clients value her calm, thorough, and professional approach.

Eve graduated with a first-class Law degree and went on to complete her LPC LLM with commendation at Leeds Beckett University.
