Merissa Galley

Merissa joined us in 2026 as a Partner in our Real Estate team, returning to the firm after previously working with us as a Paralegal in 2014 before beginning her training contract.

She qualified as a Solicitor in 2016 and has more than 10 years' experience advising on residential and commercial development matters. Merissa works with landowners, regional housebuilders and commercial developers across the UK, supporting them on the acquisition and development of sites. Her experience also includes advising a well known supermarket operator on site acquisitions nationwide.

Alongside this, she advises landowners and promoters on planning promotion agreements for both residential and commercial developments.

Merissa enjoys building long term relationships with her clients and taking the time to understand their businesses, ambitions and challenges. Clients value her practical approach and see her as a trusted adviser who works closely with key decision makers to help deliver successful outcomes.
