
Chloe Grainger qualified in 2018 and joined Blacks Solicitors in 2019 as a Solicitor in the Property Disputes team. Chloe was promoted to Associate Solicitor in 2021.
Prior to joining Blacks, Chloe spent a number of years as a Paralegal in the Commercial Property team of a global law firm. After undertaking her Training Contract, she qualified as a Solicitor within the Property Disputes team at the same firm.
Chloe advises on a broad range of contentious property matters acting on behalf of landowners, developers, landlords, and tenants across a number of sectors (especially the retail sector).
Her experience includes: business tenancy renewals; landlord and tenant disputes in relation to rent reviews, service charge, dilapidations, breaches of covenants, occupier status and break notices; disputes involving the Electronic Communications Code; and land disputes involving restrictive covenants, easements, trespass, boundaries, party walls, and possession claims.
