Georgina Beavis is an Associate Solicitor in our Real Estate Litigation team. She joined Blacks in 2020 as a Paralegal and qualified into the team in 2024 after gaining early experience in commercial disputes at a global law firm.

Her work spans a wide range of contentious property matters, including possession claims, business tenancy renewals (opposed and unopposed), break notices, rights of way, trespass, nuisance, and dilapidations. She also advises property managers and management companies on day-to-day estate management issues.

Telecoms litigation is a key focus of Georgina’s practice, acting solely for landlords. Clients include schools, farmers, developers, single-site providers, and national businesses facing lease disputes or site access challenges.

A graduate of Durham University, Georgina completed her LPC and Master’s in Legal Practice with distinction at the University of Law.
