Corporate Paralegal

Our Corporate team works closely with business owners and leadership teams, helping them achieve their goals. From acquisitions and securing investment to planning a successful business exit, we provide clear, practical legal advice that makes commercial sense. Our clients trust us to understand their businesses and deliver advice that helps them move forward with confidence.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

‍

•Providing general administrative support to help the Corporate team run smoothly.

•Carrying out legal research to support the wider Corporate team.

•Getting involved in team networking and business development events.

‍

We’re looking for a Paralegal who’s ready to develop their career. Previous experience in corporate law would be useful, but it’s not essential. What matters most is that you’re keen to learn, enjoy working with others, and are ready to get involved. You’ll also:

‍

•Feel confident communicating directly with clients, both over the phone and in writing.

•Take a proactive approach to your work and feel comfortable using your own initiative.

•Have a keen eye for detail and take pride in producing accurate work.

•Be organised and able to prioritise your workload to meet deadlines.

•Have good commercial awareness and understand the importance of providing practical advice.
