We’ll give you clear guidance on your responsibilities under the Equality Act 2010 and what this means in practice for your workplace. The aim is simple. Give your people the confidence to act and help you meet your duty to prevent sexual harassment.

• A clear introduction to the Equality Act 2010, including protected characteristics and types of discrimination.
• What sexual harassment and victimisation mean in practice, and who is protected.
• Interactive sessions on how to identify sexual harassment and victimisation using case law examples.
• The role your staff play in preventing sexual harassment, including what to do if they experience or witness it.
