- A clear introduction to the Equality Act 2010, including protected characteristics and types of discrimination.
- What sexual harassment and victimisation mean in practice, and who is protected.
- Interactive sessions on how to identify sexual harassment and victimisation using case law examples.
- The role your staff play in preventing sexual harassment, including what to do if they experience or witness it.
