Liam Parkinson is a Conveyancer in our Landlord Financing & Conveyancing team. Since joining in July 2017 after completing a Master of Laws (LLM) at the University of Leeds, he has been working towards qualification as a CLC Licensed Conveyancer.

His caseload includes a broad mix of residential property matters, from freehold and leasehold sales, and purchases to new build developments and remortgages. Particular expertise lies in Buy to Let transactions, where Liam regularly advises both companies and individual landlords on purchases and refinancing.

Known for his approachable and efficient style, Liam supports clients through each stage of the conveyancing process, providing clear, timely advice and helping ensure transactions run smoothly.
