Nick Dyson is a Partner who leads both our Real Estate team and our specialist Holiday & Home Parks team.

Joining in 2002 from a major Leeds firm, he brought a pragmatic, personal approach to legal advice. Since stepping into his role as Partner, he’s helped grow the Real Estate team more than fourfold.

Much of his work focuses on supporting property investors, developers and funders with acquiring, developing, letting, selling, and charging sites. Known across the Yorkshire property market for his straight-talking, commercial advice, Nick’s built trusted relationships with many of the region’s key professionals.

Over the years, he’s developed a strong niche in the Holiday & Home Parks sector. By building long-standing connections with leading experts and operators, he’s played a big part in making us the go-to firm in the North and a recognised name nationally.
