Michelle Eyre

Michelle Eyre is a Chartered Legal Executive in our Real Estate Litigation team. She joined us in 2023, bringing over two decades of experience in the property industry.

Michelle qualified in 2015 after spending 17 years at a major international law firm working across its Sheffield and Leeds offices. She later moved to a specialist property litigation practice before joining us. Her background gives her a deep understanding of the commercial property sector and a practical, down-to-earth approach to resolving disputes.

She advises a wide range of clients including landowners, occupiers, financial institutions and retailers and regularly helps clients navigate issues around rights of way, breaches of covenant and forfeiture, always aiming to resolve disputes efficiently and with minimal disruption.

Her experience spans all areas of real estate litigation, from lease renewals and break rights to adverse possession, trespass and nuisance claims
