Josie Kirk is an Senior Associate Solicitor in our Family team. Since joining in May 2021, she has helped clients navigate both the emotional and practical challenges that often arise during the breakdown of a relationship.

Her work spans all areas of private family law, including divorce, financial settlements, domestic abuse and disputes involving children. Particular experience lies in complex Children Act proceedings, with a focus on cases involving IVF and legal parentage. Known for a calm and constructive style, Josie works to help clients reach lasting, positive outcomes.

Legal training began at a London-based firm after completing a Law degree at the University of Sheffield and a Master’s in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Law in Leeds.
