Josh Ackroyd

Josh Ackroyd is a Paralegal in our Leasehold Enfranchisement & Management Services team. He joined us in 2023 and now acts for management companies and landlords, handling day-to-day leasehold management queries. He also supports the team with lease extension and enfranchisement matters, advising both Landlords and Leaseholders through each stage of the process.

Before joining Blacks, Josh gained three years of experience in Residential and Commercial Property, working on a variety of transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, deeds of variation and commercial refinancing. As well as this, he worked on business sales and acquisitions, giving him a strong understanding of both personal and commercial legal needs.

Josh graduated with a Law degree from Lancaster University in 2020 and is planning to continue his legal studies with the goal of qualifying as a solicitor. He’s known for his approachable manner, attention to detail and commitment to delivering a reliable and responsive service.
