Gul Shah

Gul Shah is an Associate Solicitor in our Real Estate team. He joined Blacks in 2023 and was promoted to Associate in 2025, having specialised in commercial property law since qualifying in 2020.

Clients turn to Gul for advice on commercial leases, including renewals and assignments, and for support with a wide range of commercial conveyancing matters. His work also covers property finance transactions, acting for both high street and specialist commercial lenders.

Known for a responsive and practical style, Gul provides clear guidance to help clients progress complex deals with confidence and speed.

He holds a 2:1 Law degree from Manchester Metropolitan University and completed the LPC at postgraduate level.
