Claire Cooper is an Associate Solicitor in our Landlord Financing & Conveyancing team. Since joining in 2020, she’s specialised in Buy to Let transactions for companies and investors.

Residential property experience spans freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and title rectification. Claire also regularly advises on portfolio matters, including the transfer of properties from individuals or partnerships into limited companies.

Qualification as a Solicitor came in 2016, following a first-class Law degree from Leeds Metropolitan University. Prior to joining Blacks, Claire gained experience in residential conveyancing and worked across areas including Personal Injury, Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney at firms throughout West Yorkshire.
