Annie Beaumont

Annie Beaumont is a Partner in our Private Wealth & Succession team. Since joining in 2016, she’s built a strong reputation for her work in estate planning, Wills, probate, and trusts. Qualification as a solicitor followed in 2020 after completing a Master’s in Law at Northumbria University.

As a full STEP-qualified Trust and Estate Practitioner, Annie advises on both lifetime and Will Trusts and manages the administration of complex estates. Business owners often turn to her for expert guidance on succession planning.

Trusted by families and attorneys alike, Annie helps navigate financial decisions and care planning, providing continuity, and reassurance at key life stages.

Within the Holiday and Home Parks sector, Annie offers specialist succession advice. This includes working closely with families and advisers to structure business and personal asset transfers in a tax-efficient way. As a key member of our Holiday and Home Parks team, she regularly presents to park owners on future planning.

Annie’s commitment to supporting people through sensitive legal matters also extends into the community. As a Dementia Friends Champion with a Level 2 Certificate in Mental Health Awareness, she brings additional insight to her role. In 2019, she was named Trainee Solicitor of the Year at the Yorkshire Legal Awards.
