Zaiwara Mehran joined our Real Estate Litigation team in 2024 after completing a two year Paralegal Apprenticeship with an international law firm.

She holds a Level 4 Certificate in Higher Education (Law and Legal Practice) from BPP University and a Level 3 Paralegal Qualification awarded by CILEX. Before starting her legal career, Zaiwara studied Law, History and Business at Greenhead College.

As a Paralegal, Zaiwara supports our Real Estate Litigation team on a range of residential and commercial property disputes, as well as telecoms matters. She assists with legal drafting, including preparing notices under sections 8, 21, 25 and 26, along with letters of demand relating to issues such as debt arrears and trespass.

‍

Zaiwara also works closely with clients, colleagues and third parties throughout the litigation process. She supports fee earners with court procedures, helps coordinate matters efficiently, and provides detailed notes and administrative support to keep cases progressing smoothly.
