Yat Wong

Yat Wong is a Senior Associate in our Commercial Dispute Resolution team. He joined us in 2007 and brings more than 30 years of experience in civil and commercial disputes.

His clients include both individuals and businesses, with matters ranging from property disputes and breach of contract claims to professional negligence, company and partnership disputes, and defamation. Yat also advises on intellectual property issues, including trade mark and copyright infringement.

Prior to joining us, he worked at law firms across the North East, South Yorkshire and London. Known for his calm, practical approach, Yat focuses on resolving disputes in a way that’s both commercial and cost-effective. While highly experienced in litigation, he always aims to find pragmatic solutions that move things forward quickly.
