Victoria Tynan

Victoria Tynan joined our Commercial Dispute Resolution team in 2023 and specialises in insolvency and litigation matters.

Her work regularly involves advising office holders on breach of statutory duty and misfeasance claims, directors disqualification proceedings, fraudulent and wrongful trading, transactions at an under value, and unfair prejudice petitions, across both pre- and post-insolvency orders.

Victoria began her career at a specialist insolvency and litigation firm, acting for both individuals and businesses, before she qualified as a Solicitor in 2020. She also has wider civil litigation experience includes representing clients at mediations and hearings.

A Law graduate from the University of Leicester, shecompleted the LPC at the University of Law in Leeds and has been based in thecity since 2015. Clients value her sharp eye for detail and practical,commercial approach to resolving disputes quickly and effectively.
