Shamila Mughal joined our Landlord Financing & Conveyancing team in 2021 and was promoted to Associate Conveyancer in 2024. As a CILEX Advanced Paralegal, she brings over 20 years of residential conveyancing experience.

Her work spans all types of property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, lease extensions, transfers of equity and new build developments. She also advises on refinancing for individuals and companies, with specialist experience in lender-only Buy to Let matters, HMOs and multi-unit freehold properties.

With a law degree from Leeds Metropolitan University and a completed Legal Practice Course in 2005, Shamila combines legal insight with a strong commitment to clear, efficient service.
