Rebecca Skeet

Rebecca Skeet is a Conveyancer in our Landlord Financing & Conveyancing team, with more than ten years of experience behind her. She joined us in 2018 and has built a reputation for her expertise in residential conveyancing.

Her work covers a broad range of transactions, from freehold to leasehold. She has a particular focus on Buy to Let and company purchases and remortgages, supporting landlords and investors at every stage. Rebecca also has strong insight into the specialist lending market, including bridging lenders and Buy to Let finance.

In 2024, she became one of the first professionals in England and Wales to earn the new Law Society Residential Property Accreditation. The award recognises technical strength, in-depth knowledge, and a commitment to high professional standards.
