Paula Moses

Paula Moses is a Legal Director in our Commercial Dispute Resolution team. Since joining us in 2020, she has brought more than 14 years of experience in civil litigation and a strong track record in complex, high-value disputes.

Her focus is on chancery litigation, including co-ownership disputes, contested Wills and probate claims, and cases involving alleged fraud or misconduct. Paula also advises on insolvency-related matters, drawing on earlier experience as an examiner at the Insolvency Service.

Prior to qualifying as a solicitor in 2010, she worked with a Tier 1 white-collar crime team, supporting clients involved in large-scale fraud cases. That background continues to inform her approach in disputes involving allegations of fraud or dishonesty, where she offers practical, strategic advice grounded in real-world insight.

As a qualified solicitor-advocate with Higher Rights of Audience, Paula is able to represent clients in all courts across England and Wales.

Outside of practice, she lectures at BPP University on Advanced Commercial Litigation and Trusts Law at postgraduate level.
