Olivia Coukham is a Solicitor Apprentice in our Real Estate team. She joined us in 2022 and is working towards qualification as a Solicitor in September 2028 through the Solicitor Apprenticeship route.

Alongside her day-to-day role, Olivia is studying for her Law Degree (LLB) at BPP University. Her apprenticeship so far has included experience across a range of legal areas, including Planning, Private Wealth & Succession, Risk & Compliance and Real Estate Litigation. This breadth of training gives her a solid foundation to support clients on a wide range of property matters.

Before joining us, Olivia spent four years working as a Paralegal in an Occupational Disease team at another firm. She began her legal career straight after completing her A-levels at Huddersfield New College.
