Jessica Bowen

Jessica Bowen is a Solicitor in our Real Estate Litigation team. She joined us in 2026 after gaining experience at a global law firm, where she advised on commercial property disputes and developed a particular focus on estate management for retail clients.

Jessica advises clients on a wide range of property disputes, including lease renewals, forfeiture of commercial leases, dilapidations, assignments, subletting, break options and trespass. She also has particular expertise in contentious telecoms matters, helping landowners resolve disputes under the Electronic Communications Code.

Having grown up in a rural community, Jessica has a strong understanding of the issues landowners can face. She is keen to support rural clients with a wide range of contentious property matters, providing practical, straightforward advice every step of the way.
