Jemima Parkinson

Jemima Parkinson is an Apprentice Solicitor and joined us in 2024 after completing her A-Levels at Carmel College in Darlington. She is currently working within the Employment team, assisting solicitors with a range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

As part of her apprenticeship, Jemima has also gained experience in both our Landlord Financing & Conveyancing team and Leasehold Enfranchisement team, where she assisted on a variety of client matters and developed her understanding of conveyancing and leasehold law. Additionally, Jemima worked within our Risk and Compliance team for a year, supporting the firm’s internal processes and helping maintain our regulatory standards.

Alongside her role at Blacks, Jemima is studying for her LLB (Hons) Law and Legal Practice degree at BP Law School in Leeds. She’s on track to qualify as a solicitor in 2030 following successful completion of the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE).
