Christopher Connell

Christopher Connell is a Solicitor in our Commercial Dispute Resolution team. He joined us in 2023 after training at an international law firm, gaining experience across corporate, finance, litigation and intellectual property.

His work covers a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including shareholder and partnership disputes, breach of contract claims, professional negligence and both company and property disputes. Christopher regularly supports clients in the Business and Property Courts and has a growing practice in Data Protection, helping businesses manage legal risks in this fast-moving area.

Earlier roles involved working on high-profile disputes across several sectors. These included defending a public body in judicial review proceedings, advising a health organisation during the Covid-19 Inquiry and supporting a major cryptocurrency exchange facing multiple customer claims.

He studied Law at the University of Liverpool and completed an MSc in Law, Business and Management alongside the LPC at the University of Law. His training included secondments in Dublin and Yorkshire, where he supported legal tech implementation and GDPR compliance for an academic publishing group.
