Aimee Hutchinson is a Partner in our Commercial Dispute Resolution team. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2012 after completing her training with us and has built a strong reputation for handling complex commercial litigation across a wide range of sectors.

Her expertise includes Judicial Review cases, with regular appearances in the High Court and Court of Appeal. Aimee also advises on general commercial disputes, focusing on strategic, results-driven solutions that protect her clients’ interests.

As a key member of our Holiday & Home Parks team, she has become a trusted adviser to park owners across the UK. Her experience includes representing clients in both the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) and the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber), where she provides clear guidance in what is often a technically complex area of law.
