Abbie Spence is a Senior Associate Conveyancer and Team Leader in our Landlord Financing & Conveyancing team, and has been with us since 2016. She’s currently completing the CILEX CPQ Professional stage and is set to qualify as a CILEX Lawyer.

Before joining us, Abbie spent two years in York as a Conveyancing Case Handler. A degree in Mathematics from the University of York gave her a sharp analytical mindset, especially useful in complex property matters.

Her focus is on Buy to Let purchases for corporate clients with large, fast-paced portfolios. From start to finish, Abbie manages each transaction, working closely with specialist lenders where deals are funded through commercial loans or bridging finance. Clients value her clear updates, practical advice and a straightforward path to completion.
