Aarifah Patel began her legal career in 2014 as a legal assistant and joined our Landlord Financing & Conveyancing team in 2015. Now working as an Associate Paralegal (MCILEX), she’s on the path to becoming a Chartered Legal Executive.

Her experience covers all areas of residential property work, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new build homes, Buy to Let transactions, and company purchase or remortgage matters. Aarifah also supports clients with more complex needs such as HMO properties and bridging finance.

Helping people move home with confidence is what drives her. Clients are guided clearly through each stage of the conveyancing process and kept updated so they always know what’s happening and what comes next. The goal is simple: to make property transactions feel straightforward and offer every client the reassurance that their move is in safe hands.
