Award-winning deal: Blacks advises on £13 million refinance for The Pet Vet

We are delighted to announce that the £13 million refinancing and development capital raise for The Pet Vet has been recognised as Deal of the Year (£10 million+) at the Dealmakers Awards.

The judging panel recognised the transaction as a complex refinancing for a business that has come through a challenging period and delivered an outstanding performance. The deal saw South Yorkshire veterinary group The Pet Vet secure new funding from HSBC UK to support its continued growth, including the opening of new surgeries across the region.
