
Paula Moses joined Blacks Solicitors in June 2020 as a Senior Associate Solicitor in the Commercial Dispute Resolution team.
Paula has 10 years of civil litigation experience since qualifying as a Solicitor in 2010. Prior to qualification, Paula spent several years with a Tier 1 rated white-collar crime practice, specialising in complex and high-value fraud cases, before taking up a post with the Insolvency Service as an examiner, identifying misconduct during bankruptcy or liquidation.
Paula undertakes a broad range of commercial and personal dispute work. She maintains an interests in cases where allegations of fraud or misconduct are made. A large number of her cases are property related, including co-ownership, access and boundary disputes, and Land Registration disputes. She also handles Inheritance Act claims and contested probate matters.
As a solicitor-advocate, Paula holds Higher Rights of Audience which allow her to appear in all courts.
Alongside private practice, Paula is a lecturer with BPP, teaching Advanced Commercial Litigation and other specialist courses on the LPC.
