Nadine Owens qualified as a Solicitor in 2014 and joined Blacks Solicitors in 2017, where she currently works in the Wills & Probate team.
Nadine specialises in the preparation of Wills, estate planning and the administration of Lasting Powers of Attorney. Her expertise also includes Probate work, including the administration of taxable and non-taxable estates, and advising clients on Deputyship applications for vulnerable and elderly clients.
Nadine is a full member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP).
In addition to her work at Blacks, Nadine is a part-time lecturer at Leeds Beckett University, where she is currently teaching on the LLB and the Legal Practice Course (LPC).
