Webinar: Changes to IR35


On 6 April 2021, the changes to the IR35 rules that were postponed due to Covid-19 in 2020 will come into force. These changes will affect medium to large sized organisations in the private sector who retain independent contractors via intermediaries or Personal Service Companies. Under the new rules, responsibility for assessing employment status will shift from the contractor to the end user of their services.

Anyone who regularly uses independent contractors needs to understand the new obligations placed upon them by these changes and the liabilities they will face if they get it wrong.
